Kyle co-founded Solve Legal in 2012 and brings a broad experience in commercial and industrial matters right across Australia. He has over a decade advising clients in the construction, transport, shipping, security, childcare and many other industries on their commercial contracts, employment issues and debt recovery matters.

Sophie Darby was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2007 and joined Solve Legal in 2014. Sophie provides a highly personalised service to her clients, providing home visits and out of business hour consultations. Sophie handles files from beginning to end and is always happy to answer client questions, no matter how small.

Kyle has a particular focus on legal and compliance issues for small to medium sized businesses. As a past business owner, a university academic teaching law and business law for over 17 years and a practitioner with experience in assisting in a range of legal matters, Kyle offers a comprehensive approach to resolving issues.

Stratos was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. He brings a practical and commercial approach to the law. Stratos has particular interest in contract drafting and review, transactional matters, and in providing general legal advice.
